Clarity’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a support system and training program for recent college graduates that embodies Clarity’s core values of trust, innovation, growth and intelligence. LDP consultants are rapidly integrated into a culture where they can contribute to the future of both clients and the company. 

Team members start with a 4 week immersive training program designed to provide specialized technical and business skills integral to project success. As they learn side-by-side with mentors and experienced data experts, consultants accelerate their careers through continuous learning, job shadowing and quarterly performance management. 

LDP is really building from within the next-wave of Clarity leaders. Since the start of the program in 2011, 220+ new hires have gone through the program with 80 of them advancing into client and operation leadership roles at Clarity.

Starting with a three-week training program and then transitioning into a continuous education process, we enhance skill development over time.
