Chicago – May 14, 2019 – Clarity Insights, a strategic partner to the nation's leading data-driven brands, today announced it has been named as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Illinois for the sixth time. This statewide awards program, driven by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, MRA-The Management Association, the Small Business Advocacy Council and Best Companies Group, identifies the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.
“We are very happy to be recognized for our commitment to create one of the best work environments in the state. We recognize that our corporate success greatly depends on how engaged our employees are with the company. To achieve that, we must share in our employees’ goals, too, including personal, family and career ambitions. We work hard to create an environment in which employees love to come to work and know beyond a doubt that they are valued,” says Neil Huse, CEO, Clarity Insights.
Some of the culture-driven benefits of working at Clarity Insights for which the company is being recognized include: unlimited paid time off, healthy bonus plans, wellness programs, and a strong diversity hiring program.
“This organization focuses on a wide variety of products, technologies, and industries. This makes it a diverse and challenging environment to work. The organization is filled with exceptional talent and people that care about the well being of their employees and look to produce win-win situations,” says Chief Talent Officer, Lakshmi Parmeswaran.
Clarity Insights was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards ceremony coordinated by The Daily Herald Business Ledger on Thursday, May 9th. The final rankings were announced at the event, posted on the Business Ledger website and published in a special commemorative section on June 24th.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois.
